Inner Child Work

Not back into childhood. More clearly into the present.

Inner child work makes visible where old imprints, unmet needs and early protective strategies still operate today — in relationships, decisions, self-worth and inner safety.

What this work is about

Many adult reactions are not simply “irrational”. They are often old protective movements that once made sense: adaptation, withdrawal, control, over-responsibility, giving up needs or fear of rejection.

The work is not about fighting these parts, but recognising them, taking them seriously and leading them from today’s adult self. This can create more self-contact, compassion and inner order.

Important

Inner child work is not psychotherapy and not medical treatment. It serves personal clarification, self-contact and integration within coaching and therapeutic conversation support.
