Systemic coaching looks beyond the individual. It includes relationships, roles, patterns, loyalties, origin and current life context, so that hidden dynamics can become understandable and changeable.

Many situations cannot be resolved by looking only at symptoms or decisions. Systemic work asks: What field is this person part of? Which relationships, expectations and inner images shape the experience?

The aim is not to assign blame. The aim is to see connections, sort responsibility and create new options for action.
