Systemic Coaching
Clarity emerges when the larger context becomes visible.
Systemic coaching looks beyond the individual. It includes relationships, roles, patterns, loyalties, origin and current life context, so that hidden dynamics can become understandable and changeable.
Systemic Coaching
What it is about
Many situations cannot be resolved by looking only at symptoms or decisions. Systemic work asks: What field is this person part of? Which relationships, expectations and inner images shape the experience?
The aim is not to assign blame. The aim is to see connections, sort responsibility and create new options for action.
Systemic Coaching
Typical topics
- Life decisions and professional transitions
- Conflicts in relationships, family or work
- Recurring patterns that are mentally understood but emotionally still active
- Questions of role, boundaries, responsibility and belonging
Systemic Coaching
How we work
I work calmly, directly and with structure. We clarify your concern, look at the relevant systems and identify where energy is tied up. Depending on the topic, I use conversation, systemic questions, inner images, floor anchors or elements of constellation and perception work.
