Trauma-informed Support
Safety first. Then perception. Then integration.
Trauma work here means trauma-informed support within a coaching context. It is stabilizing, mindful and resource-oriented — it does not replace psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical treatment.
Trauma-informed Support
What it is about
Burdening experiences can continue to act in the body, nervous system and relationship patterns. This may show as alarm, freeze, withdrawal, over-adaptation or recurring inner drama.
Transgenerational trauma may also play a role. Families pass on not only stories, but sometimes unfelt fear, shame, guilt, silence or dysfunctional patterns.
Trauma-informed Support
Cycle breakers
People who find the courage to uncover unprocessed family wounds so they are not passed on to the next generation are often called cycle breakers.
Trauma moves through families until someone is willing to feel it, face it and stop it. This cycle can end with you — not through fighting, but through awareness, support and integration.
Trauma-informed Support
How we work
We work slowly, resource-oriented and with stability in mind. The key is not to overwhelm. We strengthen perception, orientation, self-contact and the ability to regulate inner states.
Trauma-informed Support
Important boundary
This work does not replace trauma therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment. In acute crises, self-harm risk or severe symptoms, professional therapeutic or medical support is necessary.
